Faulty safety euipment
It has been brought to our attention that there are problems with some types of 2 kg and 5 kg aluminium CO2 fire extinguishers. It concerns extinguishers manufactured between 2006 and April 2011.
It is highly important for us to stress that we have not delivered any of the these CO2 extinguishers.
